Big Timber for the Building Industry

We offer a wide range of sustainably harvested timber for the building industry to be used as structural timber, wall cladding, pergolas, tea rooms, Dojos and the like. For this we mostly use locally grown and sourced Japanese Cedar, Himalayan Cedar and Cladocalyx (Red Gum), to mention a few. All our timber is cured to industry standards whether it be air dried or put through a Kiln to ensure minimal shrinkage or movement. We also provide decking timber where we mostly use Cladocalyx (Red Gum) as it is an invasive (and non- indigenous) species in South Africa but yet very durable and sustainable. We do however source any species to cater for our clients needs. We work closely with major developers, architects and interior designers and we pride ourselves with excellent craftmanship and industry leading design and product development. We are passionate about wood and love what we do …

Minor repairs done if needed, otherwise oiling with Danish oil will result in a natural finish. Some clients prefer no treatment at all though, resulting in a natural grey appearance over time
